So you decided that the only opinion that matters on your wedding day is yours.
Good call!
You want a day that stands out, right?
We are talking about a day filled with your bucket list activities, mashed up with the best parts of a wedding.
Forget cutting a cake in a beige reception hall. We are cutting that cake in a meadow near El Capitan!
Forget clinking glasses over catered chicken; we are toasting on A beautiful Beach in Point Reyes while the sun sets! This day is about celebrating your love and your life.
"We...loved....Katrina! She was so awesome to work with......
She was exactly the personality we had hoped for - relaxed and funny but also honest enough to tell us if a pose just didn't look good or if we needed to move differently into the light."

"Our photos came out amazing I love that she does what needs to be done to get the perfect shot."

1. Can you help me find someone to do hair and makeup?
Yes! I will share these recommendations once we start the planning process.
2. Can you give suggestions on where I can stay local to the elopement site?
I certainly can. From hidden gems in Point Reyes to the best lodges inside Yosemite’s gates, I provide my booked couples with a custom lodging guide tailored to their specific itinerary.
3. Do I need a permit, and can you assist me?
Most likely, yes. AND I’ve got you covered. I walk my couples through exactly what they need to do to ensure everything is legal and official.
4. Should we drive or can we ride with the photographer?
Either one works for me! Plenty of space in my Chevrolet Equinox for you both!
5. How do we fill the time of our elopement?
The possibilities are endless! This is where we get creative. I help you build a custom timeline that feels like a curated experience rather than a "photoshoot"!
6. Do you find the locations to shoot or do we?
That’s a huge part of what I do for you. I have a library of "off-the-beaten-path" spots and classic vistas. Once I get to know your vibe, I’ll present you with a tailored location scouting report to choose from.
7. Do we need an officiant to get married legally in California?
There are specific legal requirements in CA. Whether you want a traditional ceremony or something more private, I can explain the different ways to make it official when we chat.
8. How do we find an officiant for the day locally?
I have several great resources for this. Whether you're looking for a professional or a more personal DIY approach, I can point you in the right direction once we narrow down your location.
9. We're not people who pose naturally, can we still have nice photos?
That is my specialty. My approach is designed specifically for people who feel awkward in front of the camera. I’ll share more about my "un-posed" philosophy and how I get those candid shots when we meet.
10. Can we bring people?
Absolutely. There are just some important "fine print" details regarding group sizes in certain park locations that we’ll need to discuss to make sure your guest list fits your dream spot.
11. Can we bring our dog?
I’d love that! I can help you navigate which locations are "pup-friendly" and which ones aren't during our planning phase.
Katrina was an incredibly professional and astute photographer and an absolute pleasure to work with. The true testament of a photographer are the photos that you get after the day-of, and we were so phenomenally pleased with ours. Thank you Katrina!
